Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking before the driver is dispatched. In such cases, no cancellation charges may apply. However, once the driver has been assigned or has started the trip, cancellation charges may apply depending on the distance and time.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

• If the booking is cancelled by Khushi Cab Service due to vehicle unavailability.
• If the service could not be provided due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a payment was made but the ride was not completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• If the customer cancels the ride after the driver has already reached the pickup location.
• If incorrect booking details are provided by the customer.
• If the ride is completed successfully.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time and returned through the original payment method or another agreed method.
